At WRD we specialise in 2 and 3 bedroom duplex development sites. How can we differentiate ourselves over 87-120sqm you might ask? We start from scratch on each project, drawing plans that utilise every inch of space to create homes that flow and feel bigger than their specs.
All modesty aside, we were one of the first companies to build duplexes in Hamilton and after multiple projects and numerous happy purchasers Hayden is now one of the best in the business. Being a hands-on builder/developer gives him a perspective others cannot offer.

About Us
Walker Residential Development
Director Hayden Walker began his career in 2007 with a multi-award winning building company specialising in high end luxury residential homes.
During his Apprenticeship Hayden learnt the art of quality craftsmanship before honing his skills in the inner-city of London and the exclusive eastern suburbs of Sydney, Australia.
Since returning home to Hamilton with his wife Gemma in 2015 Hayden has amassed a magnitude of industry knowledge and experience in the Duplex market.
The left hand to Hayden's right is Gemma, a chartered accountant for over 12 years. Detail orientated and organised you are in good hands.
As a team we are friendly and approachable priding ourselves on the relationships we build with purchasers, sub-contractors, the community and everyone in between.
